Sizing
Standard North American cards are 89 × 51 mm (3.5 × 2 in); European cards are 85 × 55 mm. The designs allow clearance for a stack of cards, but if you are making them for a client with a non-standard card, check the inside width before cutting a batch. If your material is not the thickness the file expects, adjust the slots.
Engraving a logo
Ask your client for a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). If they only have a picture, convert it to vectors first — engraving a low-resolution screenshot looks rough.
