Laser cut earring files that are light enough to wear all day.
49 earring designs — animals, florals and seasonal sets — for wood, acrylic, leather and card.
Earrings are one of the best laser cut products to sell: small offcuts, quick cuts and plenty of variations. Good earrings are light, comfortable and hang straight — the guide below covers how to get all three from any design.
What is in this collection
Heart cat and paw dog earrings, butterflies, florals, and seasonal sets for Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Christmas. Many are layered or paper-cut designs that also work in thin wood. Every file comes as SVG, DXF, CDR, AI, EPS and PDF.
Materials that work
1.5–3 mm birch plywood, basswood, cast acrylic and vegetable-tanned leather all cut well. Do not laser cut PVC or chrome-tanned leather — both give off harmful fumes. The laser cut earrings guide covers sizes, hole placement, hardware and finishing.

Earrings: what people ask
What size should laser cut earrings be?
Studs are usually 10–20 mm, everyday drops 25–45 mm and statement earrings 50–70 mm. Keep each earring under about 5 g for comfort.
Can I cut these earrings from acrylic?
Yes. Cast acrylic 2–3 mm gives polished edges straight off the laser. Cut mirror acrylic face down.
Where should the hole go on laser cut earrings?
At least 2 mm from the edge, at the top balance point, so the earring hangs straight. A 1.5–2 mm hole suits most jump rings.
